By accessing or using ClauClip you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You may not upload content you do not have rights to, use the service to infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the videos and clips you create. You grant ClauClip a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service.
Subscriptions & credits
Access to AI generation requires an active subscription. Credits are consumed per generation and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated on your plan.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
