Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have used fewer than 20% of the credits included in your plan.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email billing@clauclip.app from the address on your account with your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied where we detect abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms.
